Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered

• Website design and development (WordPress)
• Website hosting
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – one-time optimization
• Website maintenance (per-request basis)
• Email setup and integration
• Domain registration (3rd party)

2. Project Process & Timelines

• A 50% deposit is required before any design or development begins.
• Minimum project duration is 2 weeks. Urgent projects may be prioritized when selected and may adjust costs and timelines.
• Clients must supply all necessary content and materials. Delays in submission will result in project delays.
• Review & Feedback: Client feedback is required within 3 business days of each review request. Responses beyond this window may shift delivery dates.
• Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included per major design deliverable. Additional revisions are billed.
• Lunar Productions uses WordPress and may use licensed themes/plugins as needed.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit to begin, 50% upon project completion (before handover).
• Payments must be made via EFT or other agreed methods.
• Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may pause project progress.

4. Ownership & Rights

• Clients own all content and final deliverables after full payment.
• Lunar Productions retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing.
• Any third-party licenses (e.g., premium themes/plugins) remain the property of the license owner.

5. Hosting & Domains

• Domains are registered through third-party providers.
• Hosting is provided by Lunar Productions or third-party partners.
• Failure to renew hosting/domain services may lead to suspension or loss of website/domain.
• Lunar Productions is not liable for domain loss due to client delay in payment.

6. Maintenance & Support

• Maintenance is not included in the standard package unless specifically purchased.
• Support for minor issues (bug fixes) is provided for 14 days post-launch.
• Ongoing support or updates are billed separately.

7. SEO Services

• SEO is performed as a once-off optimization (not ongoing).
• Results may vary depending on competition, keywords, and Google’s algorithm updates.
• No guarantee is made of specific search engine rankings.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all content, branding, and imagery unless agreed otherwise.
• Clients must have rights to any provided materials (images, logos, etc.).
• Clients must test the website during review stages to confirm satisfaction.

9. Revisions & Changes

• Two (2) revision rounds are included.
• Additional changes beyond the included revisions are billed separately.
• Changes requested after project sign-off will be treated as new work.

10. Termination & Cancellation

• Either party may terminate with written notice.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Work completed up to the point of termination must be paid in full.

11. Liability

• Lunar Productions is not liable for loss of revenue, data, or damages due to website downtime, hacks, or client misuse.
• Backups are client responsibility unless a maintenance plan includes backups.

12. Confidentiality

• All client information is kept confidential.
• Lunar Productions will not share or sell client information to third parties.

13. Third-Party Services

• Lunar Productions may integrate third-party services/plugins.
• Issues arising from third-party service failures are not the responsibility of Lunar Productions.

14. Portfolio & Credits

• Lunar Productions reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio.
• A discreet credit link may be placed in the footer of websites, unless otherwise agreed.

15. Amendments

• Lunar Productions reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
• Clients will be notified of major changes.

16. Agreement

By paying a deposit and proceeding with Lunar Productions services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
